Here’s how we avoid it, we spend week 1 identifying exactly WHY that happens then we build the website to solve that problem.
1. Understand What's Not Working
We start with a 60-minute call about your business, buyers, and what's broken. Then I audit your site and map competitors visually to find positioning opportunities.


2. Align Message and Structure
I'll present 2-3 message + structure directions based on our convos. We workshop them together in async Slack threads until one clicks.


3. Bring It to Life Visually
With messaging locked, I create page layouts and visual direction in Figma. You'll see everything as clickable prototypes.


4. Ready-to-Build Handoff
Your developer gets organized Figma files, a Loom walkthrough from me for how it should work.
